Diagnostic Testing Fee Schedule
As of 1/5/2009, the service fee for CSF tests performed on domestic samples will be increased to $100. CSF samples that are unsuitable for testing will not incur a fee.
The following table shows the current pricing schedule for domestic and international referrals for ANCJDR-based diagnostic testing.
